Attention WhatsApp users! Be aware that Several WhatsApp users on their smart phones have received a sms to download a Secret WhatsApp Gold version, but in fact this sms & link contain a malicious malware that can steal user data. The danger of this virus has not yet been completely finished & protected, it is spreading rapidly among WhatsApp users.

FACTS ABOUT WHATSAPP GOLD VERSION VIRUS:

WhatsApp user are receiving following text in message:
“Hey Finally secrete WhatsApp Golden version has been leaked, This version is used only by big celebrities. Now we can use it too, WhatsApp Gold contain many advanced features like WhatsApp Video calling, delete the messages you sent by mistake, send more than 100 pics at once, free calling, change WhatsApp theme and tons of great features. This WhatsApp Gold version can be activated only via invites and I am inviting you. Once you activate this WhatsApp Gold, your green icon will change to gold and you can enjoy all feature 100% safely. Activate WhatsApp Gold with once click at http://www.goldenversion.com.”
When WhatsApp users click on above link then malicious malware steal user data. While it is not clear yet that what data stolen from our phones, it is clear that it will be anything that gives them more options to access our smart phone or any other valuable data.

HOW TO PROTECT AND AVOID FROM WHATSAPP GOLD VERSION VIRUS:
When you received this sms/text/notice in your WhatsApp then delete it and don’t click on given link and don’t forward to others beside this install antivirus software on your smart phone, which should be downloaded directly from the Google Play app store.
As always, you have to be very conscious careful with applications which install both on our smart phones and computers. In fact, we should best to install only those apps and program that came from official distributors and reliable platform.
