Welcome to the Mobilink Rewards program; the only program in Pakistan’s telecommunication industry that offers you 1% Cash-Back against your monthly usage of your postpaid connection. Your Mobilink Rewards card is your instant recognition of being a privileged member of the Mobilink family and provides real-time access to redeeming points at your convenience.
Use your card for adjusting points against your Mobilink bill, or at any outlet of our selected Merchant Partner nationwide.
Facilitation

• Every Rs.50 accumulated on your Mobilink postpaid bill earns you 1 point.
• Every 1 point is equivalent to Rs.0.50 in redemption value.

Convenience
For your record, a statement of Rewards points earned and redeemed is highlighted in your monthly bill/invoice statement.

Terms and Conditions

• Card issuance is performed at request of customer and is not automatic. However, points accumulation is automatic from date of activation of your Mobilink postpaid number.
• Cards are valid for a period of 2 years. The customer is responsible for requesting a renewal against a cost of Rs.100/- or adjustment of equivalent value in points.
• Points awarded to an account will be displayed in the monthly bill/invoice statement.
• Rewards points are valid for a period of 2 years and will be automatically expired on completion of this period.
• Points will redeemable in the manner set out in this booklet.
• Points redeemed/expired during a particular billing month will be shown in the account’s next bill/invoice statement.
• Redemptions of points are allowed once a minimum balance of 250 Rewards points is achieved.
• An account blocked for a period of 3 months will not be awarded points. The previous accumulated balance will also stand forfeited.
• A customer with overdue payment in excess of one month to Mobilink shall not be eligible for redemption of points till such time the overdue payment has been settled in full.
• Rewards points are not transferrable to any other person or account.
